classesLooking to learn about cheese? Join us at the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center for an interactive, delicious and dynamic cheese class!

Discover the secrets of affinage, the art of aging cheeses to perfect ripeness. Expand your cheese knowledge of milks, types, textures, and service. Enjoy pairing your favorite cheeses with exciting beverages from wines and champagne to beers and cognacs. Each cheese class is led by one of our internationally renowned cheese experts and fromagers, including Max McCalman, Maitre Fromager from the Michelin-starred restaurant Picholine, Daphne Zepos, Waldemar Albrecht, and Gerry Dawes.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes are held from 6:30pm - 8:30pm on the day indicated, at the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center, 500 West 37th Street, 2nd Floor, entrance on 10th Avenue.
